It's raining outside and raining very heavily. The window is open and the rain is sounding so loud. Now the window is closed, not automatically. My brother closed it because he can not hear his TV programme properly with the noise outside. But still I can hear the sound.             The UPSC has declared the CSE 2016 result a few days ago. Congratulations to all successful candidates for their achievement. And All The Best for those who are preparing for next CSE, including me too. The exams conducted by UPSC are considered as the toughest one, no doubt in it. But second most important thing about these exams is the time period of the full examination procedure. The exam goes on for a complete one year minimun or we can say more than that. Starting from December with the form fillings it ends in next to next year's month of May or June with the results. If one counts it, it becomes a period of 18-19 months. A long one.           ...
